U.S. Figure Skating has announced that iHeartMedia will serve as an official partner in the lead-up to the 2026 Winter Games. The partnership aims to deliver original audio storytelling, athlete-focused content, and promotional support through iHeartMedia’s extensive audio platforms, which reach over a quarter of a billion listeners each month across radio stations, podcasts, digital outlets, and live events.

As part of this collaboration, iHeartMedia will set up operations at the ICE House in Milan during the Winter Olympics from February 6–22, 2026. This location will function as a content studio and broadcast hub for iHeartRadio talent and creators. Planned activities include a dedicated podcast studio and broadcast space, exclusive athlete interviews produced with U.S. Figure Skating for distribution on iHeart platforms, and Olympic-themed audio stories designed to connect fans with athletes and their experiences at the Games.

Annie White, Chief Commercial Officer of U.S. Figure Skating, stated: “We are thrilled to be partnering with iHeartMedia in an exciting time for U.S. Figure Skating as we look ahead to the U.S. Championships and the Winter Games. As a company that shares our commitment to meaningful audience connection, iHeartMedia will help us amplify excitement around our athletes, our events and our national programs—including Learn to Skate USA and SkateFest—across the country.”

iHeartMedia’s involvement also includes supporting U.S. Figure Skating through a multi-channel promotional campaign leading up to the 2026 Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships in St. Louis as well as contributing to broader Olympic-year initiatives such as Leave Your Mark.

Michael Biondo, President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at iHeartMedia said: “We’re proud to partner with U.S. Figure Skating at such a pivotal moment for the sport. From original audio storytelling to on-site activation at the ICE House in Milan, this partnership allows us to spotlight the dedication, artistry and athleticism of these incredible athletes while bringing fans closer to the moments that define the journey to the Winter Games.”

Additionally, iHeartRadio is serving as NBCUniversal’s exclusive audio partner for coverage of the Milano Cortina Winter Games by providing audio support and original content related to Olympic-themed podcasts.

U.S. Figure Skating serves as the national governing body for figure skating in America under recognition from both national Olympic authorities and international federations.
