The Texas Real Estate Commission and the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board will experience a temporary disruption in their online services due to a scheduled power outage at the Stephen F. Austin Building. The outage is set for Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time. As a result, all agency online services will be inaccessible during these hours.

This planned interruption is necessary for maintenance at the building that houses both agencies’ headquarters.
