The Texas Real Estate Commission has opened applications for positions on two of its committees for 2026. The application window will close on August 22, 2025, and appointments are set to be announced at the November TREC Meeting.

The Texas Real Estate Inspector Committee is seeking applicants for two inspector seats and two public member seats. Individuals interested in serving on this committee can submit their applications through the official process.

In addition, the Education Standards Advisory Committee is accepting applications to fill two instructor or owner positions, three real estate license holder positions, and one public member position.

Both committees play a role in shaping policies and standards related to real estate practices and education within Texas.
