Texas Real Estate Commission announces planned outage of online services on October 25

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has announced that its website and all online services will be unavailable on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The downtime is scheduled to occur from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central Time.

A notice from the agency stated: “The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) website and all other online services will be down on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT. Thank you for your patience.”

The temporary outage will affect users who rely on TREC’s digital platforms for services such as license renewals, applications, and information searches.
