Take Care of Texas has announced the start of the second year of its Ambassador Program, selecting 22 educators from across the state to participate in the 2025-2026 school year. The initiative aims to provide K-12 science educators with resources and information to promote environmental awareness among colleagues and students.

According to Take Care of Texas, the ambassadors will use prepared lesson plans and distribute details about the program’s activities and contests throughout their communities. Participants are also expected to offer feedback on educational materials, supporting efforts to enhance program offerings.

The selected ambassadors represent a range of schools and organizations statewide, including public schools, private institutions, and natural science organizations.
