San Antonio is recognized as the Culinary Capital of Texas, with a variety of hotel restaurants reflecting the city’s diverse food scene. Visitors can experience a range of cuisines and styles, from Argentinian-inspired dishes to Italian family recipes, without leaving their accommodations.

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk offers Dorrego’s, which stands out as San Antonio’s only Argentinian-inspired restaurant. Guests can enjoy meals influenced by Spanish, Italian, French, and other international cuisines in both traditional and modern forms. The full-service bar features small plates and a selection of Argentinian wines.

Hotel Emma at Historic Pearl features Supper, led by Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez. This American eatery aims to provide South Texas hospitality with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch options in a setting that blends café and farm table experiences. Hotel Emma is notable for being the only MICHELIN Two Key Hotel in San Antonio and the only AAA Five Diamond Hotel in Texas.

Omni La Mansión del Rio houses Four Brothers, where Southern and South Texas cuisine meets Latin and French influences. The restaurant emphasizes Texas Southern hospitality. Ostra seafood restaurant and El Colegio Bar are also available within the hotel.

The Westin Riverwalk is home to Zocca Cuisine D’Italia. Consistently ranked among TripAdvisor’s best Italian restaurants in San Antonio, Zocca serves seasonal menus designed to evoke relaxed Italian hospitality.

At Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk, Domingo provides open-air dining overlooking the river. Its menu focuses on bold South Texas flavors with a modern approach. The onsite Otro Rooftop Bar offers drinks with views of the river.

Hilton Palacio del Rio features Fiume Pizzeria & Wine Bar. Known for its commitment to local ingredients and unique Texapoletana pizza—a fusion of Neapolitan techniques with Texan flavors—Fiume has redefined pizza for local diners.

The Fairmount Hotel includes Nonna Osteria, which centers its menu on traditional Italian family meals such as hand-rolled pastas and slow-cooked meats. The hotel also hosts Silo Prime steakhouse.

These hotel restaurants highlight San Antonio’s role as a culinary destination where visitors can explore varied tastes while staying close to major attractions like the River Walk, Market Square, or Pearl district.
