Rackspace Technology has been awarded the Silver Award from the UK Armed Forces Covenant’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). The award acknowledges the company’s support for the armed forces community, including reservists, veterans, and military families.
The ERS Silver Award is given to employers who go beyond the basic commitments of the UK Armed Forces Covenant. Recognized companies implement policies such as paid leave for reservist training and mobilization, active recruitment and retention of veterans, flexible support for military families, and visible leadership endorsement of the Armed Forces Covenant.
