Rackspace Technology has appointed Lata Varghese and Phani Kishore Burre to senior leadership positions as part of its efforts to advance cloud and AI transformation initiatives.
Lata Varghese brings significant experience in technology services, executive advisory, and business transformation. She previously held global profit and loss responsibilities at Cognizant, where she led the development of emerging technology consulting practices. Her expertise covers financial services, digital banking, payments, blockchain, and digital assets. Most recently, she was Head of Solutions for the Americas at Randstad Digital, contributing to the company’s shift from an onsite-focused talent provider to a global technology solutions firm.
Phani Kishore Burre joins Rackspace after more than 20 years working on IT transformation projects for Fortune 100 clients in sectors such as retail, healthcare, financial services, and life sciences. At Brillio, he served as Managing Director and Global Practice Head for Digital Infrastructure. In that role, he supported customers with cloud adoption and modernization strategies and helped integrate AI technologies into their digital operations.
