Pullman Market has opened at Pearl in San Antonio, introducing what it describes as the largest culinary market in the Southwest. The new destination is located in a repurposed industrial space and combines dining, shopping, and grocery options that highlight Texas ingredients and brands.
The market features ten eateries, including both quick-service counters and full-service restaurants. Visitors can find a range of food choices from burgers and ceviche to wood-fired pizzas and handmade pasta. A specialty grocer anchors the site, offering bakery items, meats, seafood, produce, wine, beer, and other retail products. Local Texas brands are prominently featured throughout the market’s departments.
Quick service options at Pullman Market include Burgers by the Butcher, Ceviche & Tacos, Sandwiches, Ice Cream, and Coffee. All quick eats use ingredients sourced from within the market itself.
Four full-service restaurants operate at Pullman Market: Fife and Farro offers sourdough pizza and heritage-grain pasta; Mezquite focuses on Sonoran regional cuisine with grilled meats and flour tortillas; Isidore presents a rotating menu centered on seasonal Texas flavors; Nicosi delivers an interactive dessert bar experience for up to 20 guests. There is also The Mezcaleria bar featuring agave-based drinks.
Pullman Market is designed to be family-friendly with open spaces for gathering. It is open daily with hours varying by vendor. Most quick-service spots do not require reservations while full-service restaurants may recommend them during peak times.
The location at Pearl provides access to parking garages and surface lots for visitors.
“Pullman Market is a celebration of food and flavor,” said representatives from Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group. “Each showcases local Texas brands and straight-from-the-source produce.”
