iHeartPodcasts has announced the launch of “Killer Thriller,” a new true crime podcast series hosted by actress and author Elisa Donovan. The show is executive produced by Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, who are expanding their partnership with iHeart’s Popworthy slate of shows.

Elisa Donovan, recognized for her roles in 1990s productions such as “Clueless,” “Beverly Hills, 90210,” and “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” will bring her perspective to the true crime genre. The podcast aims to provide listeners with an in-depth look at notable cases involving murder, kidnappings, sex cults, and fraud. Cases covered include those of the Menendez brothers, the Murdaugh murders, Amanda Knox, Elizabeth Holmes, O.J. Simpson, Anna Delvey, among others.

The premiere episode features Donovan alongside Robach and Holmes discussing the popularity of true crime content in entertainment. The series will also include interviews with actors who have portrayed well-known perpetrators in television and film adaptations.

“Killer Thriller” is distributed by iHeartPodcasts as part of its Popworthy slate where trending culture meets nostalgia. It will be available within the “Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes Present” podcast feed along with other upcoming true-crime projects planned for release in 2026.

Listeners can access episodes on the iHeartRadio app or wherever podcasts are available. Updates about the show can be found on Instagram accounts @killerthrillerpod, @reddonovan and @popworthypodcasts.
