iHeartMedia and TikTok have announced a new partnership aimed at integrating TikTok creators into iHeartMedia’s platforms. The collaboration will introduce the TikTok Podcast Network, which is set to feature up to 25 new podcasts hosted by TikTok creators. These podcasts will be produced in new co-branded studios located in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta, equipped with advanced audio and video technology.

The partnership also includes the launch of TikTok Radio, a national broadcast and digital radio channel. This station will combine TikTok creators with iHeartRadio personalities and offer music as well as trend-driven storytelling segments such as “Behind-the-Charts,” “New Music Fridays,” and “On The Verge.” The programming aims to replicate the experience of scrolling through TikTok using audio content.

Additionally, iHeartMedia and TikTok plan to collaborate on live event integrations. Creators will gain access to major events like the iHeartRadio Music Festival and Jingle Ball, offering brands opportunities for activation with content creators at these venues.

Rich Bressler, President, COO and CFO for iHeartMedia said, “This partnership connects TikTok’s cultural energy and creator community with the unmatched scale and reach of iHeartMedia. We’re giving creators access to the biggest audio platforms in America — creating new ways to tell stories, entertain, and build deeper connections with fans. Together, we’re combining our vast networks to deliver relevant content on a massive scale. It’s a win for creators, fans, and brands alike.”

Dan Page, Global Head of Media and Licensing Partnerships at TikTok added: “At TikTok, empowering creativity and connecting communities are at the heart of everything we do. This partnership with iHeartMedia opens up exciting new opportunities for creators and brands to reach wider audiences, collaborate across platforms and extend their creativity beyond the TikTok platform. Together, we’re amplifying the connection between artists, creators and our community through the shared power of cross platform storytelling.”

Earlier this year, both companies launched “Next up: Live Music,” a singing competition hosted exclusively on TikTok LIVE that highlighted emerging artists such as @kiralise. The initiative demonstrated strong fan engagement around live music discovery driven by creators.

The companies also plan joint marketing efforts for these new shows across their platforms. Their sales teams will work together nationally and globally to develop sponsorships aimed at supporting both established programs and new business opportunities for participating creators.

Further details about this partnership are expected in upcoming months.
