IAM retirees recently gathered at the IAM Retirees Conference to discuss their experiences and offer guidance to current members. The event highlighted the ongoing commitment of retired members who have spent their careers advocating for dignity, fairness, and strong labor contracts.

At the conference, retirees reflected on the lessons they learned during their active years with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM). They emphasized the importance of continued involvement in union activities.

Their message to current IAM members was direct: “get involved, stay engaged, and keep organizing.”
