The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Retirees & Membership Services Department held a week-long class at the William Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland. The event aimed to support members in establishing retiree clubs at both district and local levels.

According to the department, the initiative is designed to enhance retiree activism, provide resources for retired members, and foster mentorship opportunities for younger union members.
