Green Day headlines 2026 iHeartRadio ALTer EGO alongside major rock acts

The 2026 iHeartRadio ALTer EGO Presented by Capital One took place with performances from several well-known artists in the alternative and rock music scene. The event featured Cage the Elephant, Almost Monday, Mt. Joy with Gigi Perez, Good Charlotte, Sublime, Twenty One Pilots, and Green Day.

Cage the Elephant opened the show with songs including “Spiderhead,” “Trouble,” and “Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked.” Almost Monday performed tracks such as “Jupiter” and “Only Wanna Dance.” Mt. Joy played fan favorites like “Lucy” and brought out Gigi Perez for a duet on “In the Middle.” Good Charlotte energized attendees with hits like “The Anthem” and “Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous.”

Gigi Perez also had a solo set that included songs like “Please Be Rude” and “Sugar Water.” Sublime played classics such as “What I Got” and “Santeria.” Twenty One Pilots performed their well-known songs including “Heathens” and a cover of “Seven Nation Army.” Green Day closed out the night with tracks like “American Idiot,” “Basketcase,” and others.

iHeartRadio ALTer EGO is part of iHeartMedia’s series of national concert events. Other notable events in this lineup include the iHeartRadio Music Festival Presented by Capital One, iHeartRadio Music Awards, Jingle Ball Tour Presented by Capital One, Fiesta Latina, iHeartPodcast Awards, and iHeartCountry Festival presented by Capital One.
