Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Julia Faye Dvorak to the State Board for Educator Certification. Her new term will last until February 1, 2031. The Board is responsible for setting certification and continuing education requirements as well as standards of conduct for public school teachers.
Julia Faye Dvorak lives in Liberty Hill and works as a public relations consultant. She is the founder of Dvorak & Co. Dvorak, along with her husband Kennon and their three children, are members of Victory City Church. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication and holds a certification in Ethics & Leadership in Law, Politics, and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
