Governor Greg Abbott has appointed David Jennings as the new Student Regent for Texas Woman’s University. Jennings will serve in this role until May 31, 2026.
Jennings, a resident of Sanger, holds an Associate of Arts in General Studies from North Central Texas College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University. He was awarded the Terry Foundation Scholarship during his undergraduate studies. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in School Psychology at Texas Woman’s University.
