CPS Energy will hold a tele-town hall on January 13, 2026, from 7 to 8 p.m., inviting customers and community members to participate in discussions about San Antonio’s energy future. The event aims to give the public an opportunity to hear directly from CPS Energy leadership and provide feedback on the utility’s planning efforts.
During the session, CPS Energy leaders will share updates on strategic initiatives such as Vision 2027 and Horizon 2050. These initiatives are designed to guide how the utility meets changing community needs. Leaders will also discuss current actions being taken to improve reliability, pursue cleaner energy goals, and offer customer assistance programs.
Participants can ask questions, make comments, and provide real-time feedback during the event. The tele-town hall is accessible online, by phone, and through CPS Energy’s Facebook page. Options for participation are available in both English and Spanish. Some customers may receive a live phone call on the day of the event inviting them to join.
A recording of the town hall will be posted on the CPS Energy website after the event for those unable to attend live. Community members can also share their feedback at any time by emailing [email protected].
