The U.S. Census Bureau has updated its OnTheMap application and the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) to include new employment data for 2023. The update also provides backfilled employment data for Mississippi covering the years 2019 to 2022, and features revised geography based on the 2024 TIGER/Line vintage.

OnTheMap is an online mapping tool that illustrates where people live and work. The tool was developed through a partnership between the Census Bureau and Local Employment Dynamics partner states.
