The Austin Chamber of Commerce has opened voting for the Uniquely Austin Award, which recognizes a local business that embodies the distinctive character and community spirit of Austin. The award is part of the Greater Austin Business Awards and is determined by community votes.

According to the Chamber, “The Uniquely Austin Award honors the Austin business that you think represents Austin in all of its quirks, community, dedication, and more!”

This award is described as a “community choice award,” with voting set to close on Friday, October 31. The Chamber encourages members of the public to participate in selecting a business they feel best reflects what makes Austin unique.

The Greater Austin Business Awards aim to highlight businesses that contribute significantly to the local culture and economy.
