Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is set to host its second annual Runway to Opportunities event, a networking and information session for construction businesses interested in participating in the airport’s Journey With AUS expansion program. The event aims to connect subcontractors with prime contractors working on major airport projects.

Runway to Opportunities will provide presentations from firms currently involved in significant airport construction, updates on ongoing and future projects, and an overview of the direction of the expansion program. Attendees will also receive guidance on conducting business with both the City of Austin and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, including information about processes and expectations.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA), located at 3100 Alvin Devane Blvd, Building B in Austin.

Prime contractors participating include Austin Commercial, Hensel Phelps, JE Dunn, and Sundt / Archer Western. The agenda features both structured presentations and informal networking opportunities for subcontractors to ask questions and explore potential collaborations related to airport projects.
