The Alamo Colleges District (ACD) has announced its schedule and available services for the upcoming Spring Break. The district will be closed from Monday, March 9, 2026, and will resume normal operations on Monday, March 16, 2026.
During this period, students can access limited services at each college to address their needs. For general inquiries, students are encouraged to contact the Student Contact Center at 210-21-ALAMO (210-212-5266). The center will provide support related to applications through ApplyTexas, FAFSA status, continuing education status, admissions holds and transcripts, financial aid award status, account balances, payment plans, due dates for payments, and other general information. The Student Contact Center will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Immediate mental health support is also available during the break. Students experiencing a crisis or in need of confidential care can call 210-569-0143 to connect with a licensed mental health professional at any time.
The ACCESS Welcome Center will offer assistance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Online learners have access to limited enrollment services at all five colleges via phone or email from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and noon and again from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Each college within the district will provide both in-person and virtual services:
Northeast Lakeview College: Services are available in the Brazos Student Union building or virtually from Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., including advising, admissions and records assistance, advocacy support, student success limited services, financial aid help, business office functions, and veterans’ services at a temporary location with specific hours.
Northwest Vista College: Assistance is offered in-person at the Desert Willow Welcome Center or virtually via Zoom (https://alamo.zoom.us/j/91954763772) during regular business hours for welcome center inquiries, enrollment and registration help, advising sessions, financial aid questions, and business office matters.
Palo Alto College: Students can receive help both in-person in the Rio Grande building or virtually by selecting their needed service online during standard operating hours for welcome center issues; admissions; records; advising; financial aid; or business office transactions.
St. Philip’s College: Support is provided in-person at the Welcome Center or virtually (https://alamo.zoom.us/meeting/register/vthv3TgbTievuiYez-97hw) throughout Spring Break for advocacy center needs (CASE), welcome center queries; records management; financial aid requests; or business office tasks.
San Antonio College: In-person assistance is available at the Fletcher Administration Building’s Welcome Center as well as virtually (https://alamo.zoom.us/my/sacadvising) during regular hours except noon–1 p.m., when offices close for lunch. Last appointments are scheduled before lunch at 11:30 a.m., then after lunch until closing at 4:30 p.m.; departments include enrollment support; advising/registration; testing; financial aid help; business office activities.
